We collect personal identifiers (name, email, phone) when you complete forms. For accredited or retail investors, we collect tax identifiers, proof of residence, and bank routing details to facilitate SPV registries.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used to underwrite financing requests, distribute monthly passive yields, verify compliance, prevent fraud, and send platform updates. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Sharing
Data may be shared with authorized custody banks, identity verifiers (KYC/AML), and legal SPV formation partners. All partners are strictly bound by confidentiality contracts and security covenants.
